Filtration unit with Rotofilter filtration system, self-cleaning drum filter.
The guaranteed degree of filtration is 40 microns with self-cleaning drum filter.
The ROTOFILTER control unit is designed and built for the filtration treatment of contaminated oil and coolant lubricants, deriving from the processing of machine tools for swarf removal. The filtration process takes place through a self-cleaning drum filter built with FAMA technology. Through a centrifugal pump the contaminated coolant present in the machine tool is sent inside the ROTOFILTER that contains the self-cleaning drum filter, built according to specific requirement: the filtering elements are in fact designed according to the type of coolant and contaminants to be processed. The outflow of the coolant is continuous. The ROTOFILTER control unit guarantees constant flow of the filtered coolant to the machine tool, preserving longevity of the mechanical parts, cutting tools and high and low pressure pumps. Filter cleaning is automatic. The sludge is evacuated through a dredging system.
