The EOLO filtering unit is a new generation compact unit, designed for the elimination of vapors and oily condensates. The modular filtration system reaches its maximum efficiency on semi-centralized systems of 4-6 machine tools.
It can have up to seven progressive filtration stages:
Gravitational pre-chamber
G3 metal prefilter
G4 metallic prefilter
Rigid filter pocket with large surface in category F7
Rigid filter pocket with large surface in category F9
Absolute filter H13 / H14 (optional) certified according to ISO EN 16890 and EN 1822.
This way of operating with increasingly refined progressive filtering stages, allows EOLO a great flexibility of use, reducing at the same time the maintenance interventions of the final stages and the replacement of the filtering elements.
EOLO is a multifunctional filter which, by means of the pressure of its electric fan, can discharge the air not only inside the work environment, but it is also designed for the connection to a 10 m long exhaust chimney to discharge the filtered air outside of the building. The special conformation of the filtered air discharge reduces considerably the acoustic impact (noise level ≤ 65 dB).
EOLO is complete with electrical panel and it is ready for use (plug and play).
