Means of processing
Your personal data shall be processed by the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) of the EU Regulation and specifically: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, blocking. Your personal data shall be subject to processing on paper and by IT and/or automated means (that can however guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data).
Retention times of the data and other information.
The Controller will process the personal data for the time that is necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and however no longer than the legal times from the cessation of the relationship for the Purposes of the existing relationship. With reference to personal data subject to Processing for Marketing and commercial Purposes, such data will be retained in compliance with the principle of proportionality and however until the purposes of the processing have been achieved or until the withdrawal of the specific consent by the data subject.
